Orange County prosecutors declined to file charges against a sergeant from the Los Angeles Police Department who allegedly drove away from a deadly crash this weekend.

Anthony Giancola, reported as a suicidal runaway, tried to flee Rogers County sheriff's deputies and an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper after Vinita police stopped because of hazards to the public.
