India and Bangladesh exchange detained fishermen in a diplomatic move near the International Maritime Boundary Line.

ANI: In a mutual exchange of fishermen coordinated between the Indian Coast Guard and the Bangladesh Coast Guard, ICG Ship Varad and Amrit Kaur successfully repatriated 95 fishermen along with four Indian fishing boats while handing over 90 Bangladeshi Fishermen including 12 rescued from sunken fishing boat “Kaushik” on Sunday,

Bangladesh’s interim government on Sunday cancelled a planned training programme for 50 judges and judicial officers in India, scrapping a previous notification. “The notification has been cancelled,” a law ministry spokesman said without elaborating.
