A former PTO president and treasurer is facing charges after alleging using nearly $5,000 of school funds for personal use, according to police.

Jennifer Beck is accused of using a PTO debit card for personal expenses, including 56 transactions at restaurants, gas stations and retailers.

According to a Skiatook Police report, McBride had access to a PTO debit card, and several charges on the account were identified as improper, including purchases at restaurants and a utility company.
