"It's been devastating, but I'm getting better. I've got a lot of good support," the grieving cat dad told Delaware Online/The News Journal, adding his feline son is buried at the beloved museum.

Joseph Rhoads, Jr., 89, of Middletown, Delaware died on April 6, 2025, while in hospice care at Christiana Hospital. Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in Wilmington, Delaware.
