The municipal government, led by Mayor Luis Munguía, has unveiled an exciting program promising to attract thousands of locals and tourists to the iconic Malecón boardwalk.

Munguia is back training under Mexican four-division world champion Erik Morales, with co-trainer Fernando Fernandez and former welterweight world champion Jose Luis Lopez also in his corner.
