The 129 excavator-mounted pipe laying and handling clamps allow a single operator to unload, transport and place concrete, box concrete, steel or PVC culvert and pipe without using slings.

The Board of County Commissioner approved a request Thursday from the Bureau of Engineering to award a $774,127 contract for pipe culvert repair and replacement to Stambaugh’s Inc., of Union Bridge.
