Van de Ven and Romero have both taken to social media to praise Kevin Danso’s display in Tottenham Hotspur’s win over Everton. Jamie Redknapp called Danso ‘immense’, and for just £20 million, Spurs have secured themselves a bargain signing.
Tottenham Hotspur once again struggled to create scoring chances from open play, but once again they were unstoppable on set pieces as center back Micky van de Ven scored twice in a 3-0 victory over Everton on Sunday.
Tottenham is trying to find itself back in the winning column after a tough result last weekend. In the team’s first home match in almost a month, the Spurs dropped a 2-1 decision to Aston Villa, snapping a four-match unbeaten streak in league play.
