Three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a ‘popular, well-liked’ boy who was stabbed to death at a bus station on Bedford. Thomas Taylor, 17, was knifed by a group of masked youths brandishing blades on Wednesday afternoon in what police have called an ‘absolutely shocking’ attack.

An area to the south of his home, close to Woolwich Dockyard, is controlled by the Wildbatch’s bitter rivals, the WoolyO gang, MailOnline has reported. Both mobs are said to be vying for control over the local drug trade – particularly crack cocaine and cannabis – by forming alliances with gangsters from nearby areas.

Police have said they fear further “serious youth violence” after a 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death on a bus in south-east London.
