Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said in a press conference Sunday morning that, as of 9 a.m., 59 people have died in the catastrophic flooding stemming from a storm early Friday morning in Kerrville, Texas. Of the 59 victims, 38 are adults including 18 unidentified, and 21 are children including four unidentified.

Chloe Childress, a counselor at Camp Mystic, died during the flooding in Hunt, Texas, according to a representative of her high school.

Flash flooding in Central Texas has resulted in at least 69 fatalities, with many still missing, including 12 from Camp Mystic.
