As the Philadelphia 76ers got back to work on Thursday following a win over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday, one has to wonder whether they were able to have some of their injured players return to the floor.

Prior to Wednesday's matchup with the Washington Wizards, head coach Nick Nurse provided a medical update on one of the team's forwards. Among those who has been out of action for the Sixers in there recent stretch is KJ Martin.

Nick Nurse wants to see Joel Embiid shoot a lot more three-pointers. The 76ers head coach has set a goal for him to reach.

Oubre missed Philadelphia's losses to the Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors due to a left hand sprain and entered Saturday's matchup with the Nets as doubtful due to the injury. One has to wonder if this could be a long term thing for Oubre, but coach Nick Nurse squashed any concerns about that.

Center Joel Embiid and guard Kyle Lowry will miss the 76ers’ game against the Phoenix Suns on Monday night at the Wells Fargo Center. Embiid was downgraded after he was listed as questionable earlier with the day with a sprained left foot and a right sinus fracture.
