Deliberations in the jury trial of Sean Grayson have been paused "by agreement of the parties." Those deliberations will pick up at 9 a.m. Wednesday. Court was called back into session just after 4 p.m., but jury deliberation continues well after the 5 p.m. hour.
The jury began deliberating just before noon and they're tasked with finding Sean Grayson guilty or not guilty in the shooting death of Sonya Massey. Grayson shot and killed Massey inside her home in July of 2024. But, there seemed to be some confusion surrounding certain jury instructions and jurors asked for clarification on evidence.
