A Canadian Costco employee found a mysterious product listing for a Nintendo Switch that might have revealed the retail price.

That's cheaper than the early rumored Switch 2 price of $399, though it's possible that we could still see the console launched at USD$399 in the U.S. and CAD$499 in Canada, as price parity between different regions can sometimes vary.

A popular chain in Canada has shown what would be the final price of Nintendo Switch 2 before its official presentation on April 2.

If we had to judge by the included diagrams, the trigger and bumper on each controller would act as the mouse click. Multiple included images show a hand with the thumb on the joystick. Multiple parts of the patent mention the use of the thumbstick, and we suspect it could act as the scroll wheel or serve some other scrolling function.

The Nintendo Switch 2 was announced with a sneak peek trailer in January, although we're still a few weeks away from a full reveal with a release date, launch line-up and price. Nintendo will showcase the console during an upcoming Direct conference on April 2.
