A Charlotte woman, Jayla Washington, is recovering after being hit head-on by a car involved in a police chase on East Sugar Creek Road early Sunday morning.
The 32-year-old woman and her dad searched her vehicle but were unable to find the tracker, Pennsylvania troopers said.
