The one that caught our eye is the Segway Xyber. a rugged-looking e-bike that looks like a serious racing machine, with massive tires, hydraulic brakes, and an imposing suspension system.

At a quick glance you might mistake it for a dirt bike – perhaps due to its front moto-style, inverted dual-crown fork suspension featuring 110mm of travel (the rear suspension boasts 100mm of travel) – though Segway prefer to calls it a light-electric-vehicle which conjures up images of it being like a small motorbike perfect for city cruising.

Segway-Ninebot revealed its first two e-bikes at CES 2025 and says the Xyber and Xafari e-bikes are now available for pre-order at independent dealers nationwide with expected February delivery.

But as much as Segway wants to become a known brand for e-bikes, its true DNA is scooters. The company is releasing its third-generation kick scooters this year, ranging from entry-level to high-performance super-scooters.

Innovative micromobility company Segway introduced new products at CES 2025 in three categories. The company’s first e-bikes, the tech-rich Xafari and Xyber, are available for presales today. Then there are the Navimow X3 Series robot mowers that were designed to mow and trim up to 2.

Segway isn’t just defined by its namesake stand-up scooter anymore. Since being acquired by and merging with Ninebot, Segway has added traditional electric scooters, a dirt e-bike, and at one time a pretty sweet chair to their portfolio.
