An arrest warrant had been issued for Jonathan Gillis, 23, on a charge of aggravated assault stemming from the April 9 incident, which left one person injured.

On April 28 a deputy conducted a warrant service on Justin Sifontes, 33, in Parrottsville. The deputy had prior knowledge of Sifontes having a violation of probation warrant.
