New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields' injury may have just freed Kirk Cousins from having to back up Washington Huskies football legend Michael Penix on the Atlanta Falcons.

Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report looked into quarterbacks around the league who teams should target. When it came to Cousins, he suggested that the Cleveland Browns, Indianapolis Colts, and New Orleans Saints could be possible destinations.

The Atlanta Falcons weren't able to trade quarterback Kirk Cousins during the first week of NFL free agency or at the NFL Draft. They also didn't move him before offseason workouts.
