Gov. DeWine signed 30 bills Wed., including legislation that would require schools to notify parents if child identifies as LGBTQ+ as well as allow parents to opt out of so-called "sexuality" content.
Under the new law, parents will be able to opt out of schools' suggested health care changes or the lessons identified in the bill that contain discussion of sex, sexuality or gender identity.
