The Chicago Mayor's Office accepted gifts ranging from designer handbags to jewelry on behalf of the City without publicly reporting them, according to a new report from the Office of Inspector General (OIG).

A report released Wednesday found Johnson’s office violated a policy requiring mayors to record gifts above $50 and “accepted on behalf of the City” in a publicly available log.
