A Fillmore man was arrested for an alleged arson Monday, and the official search for a Ventura fisherman was suspended.

He was identified Friday by the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office as Edward Rivera IV, 26, of Oxnard. The agency said the cause and manner of death in the Jan. 26 incident are pending.
