According to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons, the Haywood County Sheriff's Office was looking for 12-year-old Alazay Shelby Rose and three-year-old Kinley Maelena Stepp, who were believed to be with 46-year-old Jacob Grant Aaron Stepp.

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued an AMBER Alert for two children who were taken from a home in Waynesville.

HAYWOOD COUNTY, NC — The Haywood County Sheriff's Office is searching for two missing children. Deputies say Alazay Shelby Rose is a 12-year-old white female who is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has black hair, and blue eyes and was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.
