May 23, 2017 · Steam cloud sync works for me, you could check Documents/My Games/ Borderlands 2/ WillowGame/SaveData As the OP indicated, they reinstalled the OS. Doing so erases the contents of the system drive where the game saves its data and where Windows stores its own files.
