The Big Bear Clerk’s Office is open to the public on the 1st Wednesday of each month, during the hours of 9:30am – 1:30pm. Self Help Services are available to the public during these hours.

Documents received after 4:00 PM or on court holidays, are file-stamped for the following court day. If the credit/debit card issuing company rejects the charge, the court may call the filing party to seek alternate payment/or mail a return notice.
