Dec 14, 2023 · 2. 3. Next. Watching on an RCA Roku TV. Not having problems with any channel other than HBO Max. When viewing some series on Max, the screen will become zoomed in. Restarting the TV will sometimes fix it for a short time, but the issue eventually returns.

Dec 19, 2023 · Max not working all of a sudden. I have about 8 roku devices and never had a problem with any of them. The switch from HBO Max to Max was seemless and never had an issue either. At least, up until last week. The Max app allows me to log in, all profiles are there and i can search for shows and movies like normal.

Went to the website listed, entered the code, followed the prompts, linked HBO MAX account, but screen on Roku did not update and stayed at the screen giving the code.
