Feb 10, 2021 · I read into it back when Ghosts launched on ps4 because once in a while that strange effect happened that seemed like FPS judder but to my surprise it was actually the frame rate increasing past 60fps throwing it out of sync with the refresh rate of my tv.

Aug 20, 2021 · Switching to Performance mode will lower the resolution to 1800P at 60FPS. There's no reason for the choice between Performance or Fidelity mode to be in the options menu for the native PS5 version, since it already runs at a locked 60fps in Fidelity mode.

Jun 16, 2021 · On the PS5, Ghosts of Tsushima Resolution mode is 1800p (3200x1800) at 60fps. Performance mode is 1080p (1920x1080) at 60fps. Both of them will be upscaled to 4k when it goes to the TV, but Resolution mode isn't "true" 4k@60fps.
