Roomba 880 not picking up pet hair and fluffy debris
Jan 21, 2015 · Suddenly, after several months of great service my Roomba 880 is leaving behind large amounts of pet hair and visible "fluffy" type debris on the floor (clumps of string, fuzzy bits that fall off new sweatpants, that sort of thing). It doesn't leave everything behind, just stuff that seems like it requires the rubber extractors to suck up.

Roomba Newbie Question: Why leaving clumps of hair?
Apr 25, 2008 · The roomba seems to pick up a lot of dirt and hair (as evident in the dirt bin). We have a yellow lab that sheds alot...so it's been helpful in trying to keep that to a dull roar. However, I have noted that when it's cleaning some of my hardwood floors, it's been leaving clumps of dog hair. Actually lots of clumps and scattered hair.

Dec 21, 2016 · It is a little frustrating to see it miss hair when the pet hair is one of the reasons we splurged on it in the first place. No time to vacuum daily to keep up with the shedding!! We have already talked to Roomba and they sent us the new controller part that includes the rollers - which I replaced. But we are still have the same problem.

All of my 400 series bearing kits that I bought from him have a shielded large bearing for the main brush. One out of 5 kits had a shielded bearing for the beater bar.

Oct 2, 2008 · Here are my exact symptoms: Roomba 535, about 2 months old. It makes a slow ka-chunk-ka-chunk noise as it runs. The brushes stop and/or get caught on each noise, then start turning again. After about 5 minutes the roomba stops and tells me to clean the brushes, even when they are clean. vic7767.
