Sep 26, 2017 · SNES Classic: 57ms (stddev 5.5ms) RetroArch BSNES with HID Wiimote: 65ms (stddev 7.9ms) RetroArch BSNES with Mayflash Adapter: 56ms (stddev 6.4ms). So basically you can match SNES Classic input lag on PC using the Mayflash adapter. If you had a faster computer (increase RetroArch Frame Delay), you could probably go even lower.

Aug 1, 2009 · It is not clicky. It's more like the dpad from the SNES Classic Controller. The shoulder buttons are a major improvement, although the second set of shoulder buttons feel mushy the way the L2/R2 buttons on the Dualshock 2 do. Shiny as hell, finger print magnet. Much more comfortable to hold than the Classic Controller.

Aug 24, 2019 · This will probably not yield the best results outside RPGs/SRPGs, using A and B in tandem isn't really ideal on a SNES pad unless X is mirroring B. Spukc said: Avoid wireless imo. Most current (Brook in general, 8bitdo in general, Mayflash Magic-NS) stuff is pretty good in that regard, you should check some of them out!

Dec 27, 2016 · On some sets PC mode is actually more laggy than game mode because it offers 4:4:4 color support. For example, on the popular Samsung KS8000: 1080p Game Mode : 20.9 ms. 1080p PC Mode (4:4:4) : 37.8 ms. I don't have a NES classic but I've been playing NES games via my AVS in game mode and the lag is unnoticeable. J.

Jan 2, 2023 · I am pretty certain the Wii classic wired controller just works fine too - the one you hook up to your Wiimote. It certainly feels better in hand than that boxy NES controller. Also SNES Classic controller works well. I used it before, and still use it when I play NES Classic - but not sure of its availability.

The Classic Controller Pro's buttons do not feel placed right for NES games (trying it with SMB3, attempting to press the run button while quickly tapping the jump button, but without ever lifting the finger off the other one) IMHO.
