Today in Black Women History I researched Diane Nash. She played a vital part in organizing sit-ins, protests, and Freedom Rides to challenge racial segregation and injustice. Nash's unwavering commitment to nonviolent direct action and her leadership in advancing civil rights helped bring about significant change in the struggle for racial equality in the United States.Follow @akucorner for more Black Women History #blackarchaeologists #blackscholars #blackanthropology #blackgirlsrock #blackwom
