Make no mistake, this is a great present to make & give to someone. It’s not hard, but it is messy! Panforte translates as Strong Bread. Not so much a bread, more like a chocolate nougat. With this much sugar & honey in the mix, it’ll last indefinitely. Also, very easy to wrap large slabs to gift to friends & family. To serve, sharp knife & cut thin slices to serve like you might chocolates or truffles. Here’s how, this is an old recipe of mine from @guardianfeast … we used to make it often for
