If you鈥檙e from Houston, you know about Harwin, the famous shopping corridor for discounted everything 馃槏 I checked out Harwin Central Mart, a two story complex full of all kinds of vendors selling clothes, jewelry, crafting supplies, quincea帽era dresses, accessories, and so much more. It鈥檚 been here for something around 25 years. My personal favorite was the jewelry, where I got some cute Halloween jewelry for only around $2-4.
