FDNY Probationary Firefighters at the FDNY Fire Academy on Randall’s Island lower the flag in honor of Probationary Firefighter Vincent Malveaux. Probationary Firefighter Malveaux suffered a medical episode during training on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at the FDNY Training Academy on Randall’s Island.
