I used to share a lot of my learning process on here, but I haven’t as much lately… so here it is again! I saw this move online and really wanted to try, and I ended up getting super lucky to have Steve on my neighboring bar to help me out ☺️ That’s one of my favorite things about Santa Monica, the people like him who are always happy to share their knowledge and help you learn.
